All State Windows was established in 1999 and has been serving the centrial NC area for over 20 years.
Ricky Heath is the owner/opperator and started out subcontracting for the large franchises. We quickly realized it was much better for the customer if we were involved from the start. So we started offering sales and installation directley to the customer. Now we are able to use our product knowlage and installation experience from start to finish. When it comes to replaceing your old windows just remember in order to finish right you have to start right. I have personally installed thousands of windows for some of the biggest outfits in our area. I am very familiar with all the top brands and always give you honest infomation. Full Frame Replacement
Full frame replacement or full tear out is when the window including the jamb and trim are removed. Some reasons for full replacement may include:

Large percentage of rot on the exterior trim.

Insert Replacement
Insert replacement or pocket replacement is done removing only the window sash and track or jambliner. About 80% of window replacement is done with inserts.
